These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the woin bd platform and all services under it ("woin bd", "we", "our") and the users of the platform ("member", "you").

Below are the meanings of some key terms used in this document:

• "Member" — any person who has registered on the platform and holds an active account.

2.1 Registration Terms

When registering for membership on woin bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with incorrect or false information will result in immediate account cancellation, and any funds in the wallet may be forfeited.

• The name, mobile number, and date of birth used during registration must be genuine.

• Withdrawals may be restricted until account verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details fully confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact woin bd support immediately.

All woin bd services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

woin bd may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. If you fail to prove your age or register with a false age, your account will be cancelled and all deposited funds will not be returned.

If you believe a minor in your household or among your contacts may be able to access your account, change your password immediately and notify support.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on woin bd is ৳100. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently accepted for deposits. Once the deposit process is complete, funds are generally credited to the account promptly.

• Deposits must be made only from your own mobile banking account — deposits made through a third party will not be accepted.
• woin bd will not be responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are also used for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account registered and verified in your name.

• To withdraw from bonus funds, the specified wagering conditions must be met first.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• woin bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

woin bd offers various promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed. General bonus terms are listed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be completed.
• Weekly Deposit Reward: woin bd offers a weekly deposit reward of 30% bonus on deposits, up to ৳3,000, with 20x wagering.
• Slots Festival Bonus: woin bd offers a slots festival bonus of 50% bonus, up to ৳5,000, with 25x wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
• Misuse of bonuses, particularly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, is prohibited.
• woin bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

A bonus is never direct cash — it is a bonus fund that becomes withdrawable only after the specified conditions are met.

Bets can be placed on sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other sections of the woin bd platform. Each section and game has its own rules, which are displayed after the game is launched.

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, woin bd reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error.
• Odds changing in sports betting is normal — the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• woin bd is not responsible for any losses caused by technical issues or loss of connection.
• If you suspect an error in a game result, you must notify support within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the woin bd platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using unfair means to meet bonus or promotion conditions.
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission.
• Using any computer virus, hacking, or harmful software against the platform.
• Managing deposits or withdrawals through a third party.
• Using the woin bd name or brand to deceive other members.

If any such activity is identified, woin bd has the full right to cancel the account and forfeit all funds.

woin bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Account verification fails.
• The account remains inactive for an extended period.

A member may also request closure of their own account at any time through support. If there is any valid balance remaining before account closure, it will be returned through the designated process.
